They are a perfect upgrade for Jeeps with larger wheels and tires that put extra strain on the axle as well as for taking off road and having confidence that you will not snap an axle shaft on the trail. You can opt for just the axle shaft if you already have your bearings and seals or a kit with the necessary parts including the ABS tone ring.

Offroad Tough Chromoly Axles: Forged from 4340 Alloy Steel which is heat treated for superior strength & extreme durability. 4340 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel which touts high strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance. The yokes have added additional material for even more strength. Made with premium rolled splines, which gives a 30% increase in strength over original style cut splines.

Axles came in looking great, except the fact that the drivers axle came in with nothing pressed on it....even though I was under the impression that if you PAID for the hardware it was to be pressed on as well..VERY much an inconvenience for me as I don't have access to a press to get the hardware onto the shaft myself...

Box was Dropped, Splines have scuff marks and the bearing is nasty. And no wheel studs

Questions

Do they warrant bent flanges?
For the 4340 Chromoly Axles : Limited Lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty is not transferable to another party. “No Questions Asked” replacement for first warranty return, however, Yukon reserves the right to either replace axle or refund original purchase price after the first warranty claim. Yukon (through RANDYS Worldwide Automotive) makes final determination on warranty considerations.
Do these axles come with the tone ring and bearing retainer and bearing pressed on?
They do not come with them pre-installed, unfortunately. Thanks for your question.
