Volant, a leader in aftermarket intake design didn't cut any corners when it developed this Wrangler kit. The cross-link polyethylene air box and duct work is engineered to specific of the Wrangler. It insulates and protects the filter from pulling hot air from the engine compartment, thus, increasing horsepower. The air tube features a less restrictive air passage to the throttle body with larger diameters and smooth transitions for maximum horsepower and a quicker throttle response. Kits include a cleanable and reusable filter element that reduces air restriction to increases air flow. High performance silicon connectors provide flexibility, strength and thermal stability and marine grade stainless steel clamps provide strong air tight seals.
