All internal parts are inspected & replaced with new parts as needed. Cases are machined to insure perfect gasket surfaces. Finished units are pressure tested for leaks and then spin tested for shift ability and noise. Units are packaged & shipped in specialized containers for ultimate protection. All Transfer Case Assemblies are backed by a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. All units require a $350 core charge that is refundable upon receipt of your old transfer case. Core needs to be assembled, have no holes, include yoke, and extension housing
