Nice upgrade and far better than the OEM, in my opinion. The ridge underneath the knob allows for easy shifts down into 2nd and 4th.

I like the fit in my hands. I don't have small hands either. Yes it is quite a bit smaller than factory, however it is easy to grip and very comfortable.
