What replacement wheel studs should I order? Gummed up my threads while changing a tire on a trail.

If the studs are damaged the spacer must be replaced. A new stud should not be pressed into the aluminum spacer. Doing So could cause failure. Sorry for any inconvenience.

my 2001 jeep cherokee has original 16 wheels with 5 holes. The tire bumps on the inside .. So I don't know if I need to install spacers or adapters.
Could you help me?

If you have rub when using a factory wheel, this spacer will push the wheel outward 1.5". Depending on how big a tire is being used, it may be of help to you eliminating the turning radius rub you encounter.

Do I need longer studs for these spacers?

Nope. These are designed to work with the factory wheel studs.

How do I verify my bolt pattern is 5x4.5?
![](/sites/all/themes/quadratec/logo.png)
If you have an XJ, YJ, TJ, ZJ, you have a 5x4.5" bolt pattern unless you or the prior owner swapped axle shafts to a different bolt pattern. You can measure it. We have a how-to guide here. https://www.quadratec.com/c/reference/wheel-bolt-patterns-typical-lug-nut-torque-specifications

Will these spacers also work with the rear axle drums on my 2002 TJ as I want the rear track width to match the front axle track width.

Yes - these work for front or rear, disc or drum brakes.
