Does this provide clearance for the wiring harness and washer hose to attach to both ports for in use (hard top on) and not in use (hard top off)? It doesn't look like in the pictures that it would not feed to the hardtop when on.
These were designed to keep as many holes out as possible however to work with the sprayer and electric harness of certain tops you would have to drill a new hole in order to use them. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this fit with the sky active one touch top?
No, unfortunately the side panel windows from the one touch top will be interfered by the storage cover when installed. It is designed to be used on hardtop equipped Jeeps. Thanks for your inquiry.

No, there is interference with the soft tops. This will only work along with the hardtops
