Just a basic hold down strap. However the quality is the same as those that came in my earlier 80’s and 90’s Jeeps.

It fits fine on my CJ5 and is functional, but it's starting to fray after having the windshield down for one weekend. It's a little disappointing; I guess I'll have to order a few of them.
