Reviews for AEV Geometry Correction Brackets for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
I'm always happy with AEV stuff.
They work
Great price
This bonus product is icing on the cake in my opinion. I know AEV states not required for the 2.5" lift, but what a nice addition!
Brackets worked great. Helped correct some steering issues.
Great quality.
good fit
Must have for the 2 and a half AEV lift, Took care of the hard brake nose dive.
I put the 2.5 AEV lift on my 2017 JKU Rubicon and had a chance to drive it without the geometry correcting brackets. Once the brackets came in I installed them and my wife and I noticed a big improvement in both the handling, and reduction in harshness when you hit potholes etc. Well worth the money!
Like many others here, I purchased the AEV geometry correction brackets to finally fix the "flighty" feel of my '13 JKUS with a 3" lift on 35's. I recently put in all new Fox 2.0 shock/coils to replace an older lift kit along with a beefy Fox steering stabilizer , and while there are noticeable improvements (mostly off-road) from those upgrades, I was still experiencing issues with the car pulling right occasionally, looseness in the steering, diving while braking, etc. As soon as I installed the AEV brackets, ALL of these issues went away and my Jeep now drives like a dream on the road. Obviously, the lower hanging control arms are more likely to get scraped/bent/hung up out on the trail, but there are almost always trade-offs for us dual-use Jeepers anyhow. For the price of these, you could buy the brackets and a spare lower control arm or two and still spend half of what you would on adjustable control arms (which won't be as effective as the brackets for on-road improvement).
