Reviews for QuadraTop Replacement Soft Top with Upper Doors & Tinted Rear Windows for 88-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ
This top fits too loose. The belt rails at the rear quarters won't stay tucked in and when driving at speeds above 40 mph it makes a loud flapping noise from the wind. So loud it drowns out all other noise and hurts your ears.
The zippers are very loose, so much so that they will slide down with their own weight.
When I have the rear curtain rolled up it will completely unzip itself.
I would not recommend the Quadra Top. I have owned my YJ for 20 years and had 2 Best Top brand tops prior to the Quadra Top and never had a problem wit either of them.
From now on I'm sticking with Best Top.
Don’t waste your money. I bought this in April 2021. I bought the spice colored fabric. The fabric is now a gross looking faded gray/tan that looks nothing like it’s supposed to look like. A few of the rear window zippers teeth have come out of the fabric they’re sewn into so it doesn’t shut all the way. The bottom lip stitching on rear window began coming unraveled a few months ago. The material doesn’t last and since it fades so fast that you have to replace the entire top so that the color matches and doesn’t look stupid.
Piece of junk for 1988 Jeep Wrangler YJ, top doesn’t fit correctly and it’s loose, window doors don’t fit either and can’t snap. Junk!!!! Get a Smittybilt or Best Top don’t waste your money!
Very disappointed in this product. Expect zipper failure upon installation and then periodically afterwards.
Terrible fit. Sloppy all around fitment with the worst being around the rear corners (top will not stay attached to rails). In addition, droopy and loose fitment above driver/passenger seats is asking for pooling water during rainy days. The quadratop fits very loose right out of the box and I can only imagine the top will get worse with some age on it. This quadratop is on its way back, I will gladly spend the extra $100 bucks on a bestop.
Passenger window zipper sticks, Side rear curtains don't fit properly and the rear left corner doesn't fit properly
