Reviews for aFe Power 54-12092-1 Magnum Force Stage 2 Intake with Pro 5 R Filter for 12-18 Jeep Wrangler JK with 3.6L
It feels like it did add a little HP, but honestly I had gotten it for the sound. Stock is too quiet.
Just installed this CAI and with the exhaust, it gives off a louder, non obnoxious rumble when hitting the throttle. Feels more responsive but too soon to tell. Fitment is to the T, but install is easy. About an hour all said and done. Have used AFe before and always was pleased.
Haven’t really noticed much of a difference in MPG or HP gains, I do love the sound when flooring it, even the Wife likes the sound and she is wanting one for her Jeep, I just recently paired it with Pypes Performance Exhaust I cant hear the CAI as much due to how loud the exhaust is. Oh well.
Nice product! Definitely gives a nice growl, throttle response and power seems a bit better too. About 2 weeks in, I’m not seeing any MPG gain, but honestly, it’s just more fun to floor it. Easy install and maybe took an hour.
This is the second afe intake I have purchased and I love it. Sounds great and I have noticed power gains, it's not like omg power but there is a difference. It took me about 15 minutes to remove the factory intake and install the new afe intake minus swapping the air temp sensor. I had about 45 minutes trying to seat the sensor in the provided grommet. Overall fit and finish is great. I would of reviewed it 5 stars if the temp sensor was easier to install.
Felt no difference, waste of money.
