Very poor fit. The top of the panel sits entirely below the hood. The contour doesn't match the hood either. Shaping the contour of the panel with a dremel or sand paper is feasible but it doesn't matter because it sits so low; roughly 1/2" below the hood.

First one broke in half on install, quadratec totally took care of it, second one I never inspected when it arrived because weather was bad, but opened box today and it was damaged during shipping. I wish I knew where to get one which actually worked. The original looked better than this after an elk at 45mph.
