What is the best looking mirror replacement to fit on these relocations brackets?
The 97-02 or 03-06 styles can both be used. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There is not another alternate design of mirror that stands out fitting with these brackets. The 97-02 mirror is in this link https://www.quadratec.com/products/13111_03X0_PG.htm

will these brackets work on a93 yj?

Will these brackets fit even if you have a set of lights mounted to the A-pillars?
They will not work with "A" pillar light mounts
