What should the 4 Mopar 06104414AA be torqued to?

Can someone please put a detailed list of hardware that is required to put on a Mopar skid plate on the underbelly?
Part number 12112-0218 or Mopar 06512587AA quantity of 7 are used 06512587AA Skid Plate Screw, and a screw Mopar 06104414AA uses qty 4. 06104414AA. Thanks for your inquiry.
