Does it come with the temp, pressure sensor and the cooler

The photo shows the housing with the Temperature Sensor (#10 - Part # 5149077AB) and Oil Pressure Switch (#11- Part # 5149062AB). Does this come with both? Does it include new rubber rings for the bottom (#15 in the diagram)?
The Mopar 05184294AE Engine Oil Filter Housing will include the complete assembly including the housing itself, the temperature sensor, the oil pressure switch, and the necessary rubber rings/seals for installation.
