Does it matter what kind of wiring harness I use for a manual jeep? All I can find is info stating engines with automatics but nothing stating manuals are good with new engine wiring harness . Can you answer that? I have a 2016 Sahara unlimited 6 speed strait.

This wiring harness is for a GM Gen III LS motor swap. The Gen III LS is a V8, so this wouldn't work. 2nd part of your question: The wiring harnesses will be different from the automatic to manual.

Is this the complete harness to drop an ls into a jk minus the computer? No canbus systems just tap a few wires and plug and play?

This application provides no coverage for Jk model years. Sorry for the inconvenience.
