Not an exact fit for YJ 2.5L. Housing case front and back are misaligned 180 degrees from engine bracket bolt points. Housing case must be cracked and rotated 180 to align bolt holes. Carefully unbolt 4 main case bolts, gently lift and rotate front housing 180 from back and bolt together. Bolt holes will all align on engine now. Separating case entirely in two “springs” the brushes internally and meticulous technical re-assembly is time consuming but possible. I know, I did it. My alternator works perfectly still. I guess posting this probably just voided my warranty.
