Superchips SC-MOD Flashcal+ for 07-24 Jeep Wrangler JK, JL & Gladiator JT

The Good: Out of box was able to get it up and running relatively quickly. All of the basic features described with app worked as described. Tire size recalibrate, crawl mode, etc. No complaints there.

The Bad: I purchased it with the idea of being able to do the described "upgrade" and unlock access to the custom tunes as well. Sadly this did not go as expected. Followed the prompts to purchase the access to the tunes, it happily took my money and sent me a receipt for my purchase ($275.00 - 9/15/25) Go back into the app, still no access. Reset, rebooted app. Disconnected and reconnected module....nothing. Call up Superchips tech support the following day and was essentially told I need to have an upgraded/unlocked ECM sent out in order to access these tunes. I clarified that this wouldn't cost any more money beyond what I had already spent, to which I was told no and that the app should have started the process to get one sent out. There was no suggestion of this on the Quadratec site, so I checked out Superchip's site and sure enough "In-App Flashpaq Tuning Calibrations - Coming Soon!" for anything 2015 to current model year.... No mention of needing an upgraded ECM or that it was even possible currently. Disappointed to not have access to the tunes right away, and extremely disappointed the app took my money and gave me no further information....leaving me to call tech support for an answer.

I'll update the review at a later date if able when all of this gets resolved. In my mind it is currently doing at least 50% of what was expected of it so it gets 3 stars for now!
