After cleaning the filters can they be replaced still being wet or have to be completely dry? What’s best way clean / dry?
K&N Cabin Air Filters:
These filters are designed to filter the air entering the vehicle's cabin, removing dust, pollen, and other contaminants.
They are designed to be cleaned and "refreshed" not oiled in the same way an engine air filter is.
K&N provides a "cabin air filter refresher" that is used after cleaning. this refresher helps to add back the electrostatic properties of the filter.
Therefore, you do not use standard K&N air filter oil on a cabin air filter. you use the K&N cabin air filter refresher.
You'll re-install after using the cleaning kit.
