AxleTech Motorsports Portal Axle Kit for Ford 10.25/10.50" Rigid Axle

These portal axle boxes will giv your rig a whopping 4.9 inches of lift instantly for improved ground clearance. The 2.25" wide four gear design means no reverse rotation gearing required (no flipped diffs!). A 1.5:1 reduction ratio in each box for increased wheel torque without increased stress on the ring and pinion. For example a 2.73 ring and pinion will yield you a 4.09 ratio at the wheel after installation of these portal boxes. A heavy duty vented rotor with Wilwood four piston caliper is included for great stopping power. A ductile iron case is used for high yield strength and toughness. These also feature 1.5 inch diameter 35 spline input shafts and 2 inch diameter 41 spline output shafts. A Modular design means attachment knuckle can be removed and replaced for use with multiple axle housings. Drive/steer units use standard Dana 60 u-joint. Available in two-wheel steer or four- wheel steer configurations. Standard wheel bolt pattern is 8 on 6.5".
