Corbeau Baja SS Suspension Seats Reviews
I received these seats and installed them on the original factory riser, in my '89 yj. They added so much height my feet wouldn't touch the ground (I'm 5'7"), which was fine because the steering wheel couldn't turn, anyway.. I replaced my riser with the shorter corbeau version. Then had to replace the adapters for the stock riser with the adapter for the corbeau riser. 4 months and many dollars later, the seats are in, and I really like them.. They lowered me enough my visibility is greater, and they definitely absorb the bumps in the road.. Just be aware, if your hips are bigger than a woman's size 12, you may not fit in the seat, and between the console, the door, and the seat there is zero clearance.. Everything barely fits. Hoping they break in, and give me a bit more wiggle room..
Not made for a TJ they fit and everything but they eliminate access to the back seat they also don't recline and they sit much higher putting my head closer to the roll bar which I find dangerous also getting in and out of the Jeep is much more difficult
These seats are advertised to fit a 2000 wrangler! Well they don't! They are way to big. They won't work unless you modify your console. Still they would not look right very disappointed. They are a pretty seat tho
