Description
Protect your sway bar and steering box with the Quadratec Aluminum Front Sway Bar Skid Plate. Our high quality skids are made from stamped 5052 aluminum, providing lightweight and strong underbody protection. All Quadratec Modular Skid Plates are a simple no drill installation that’s easy to install with the included hardware and brackets. The 6mm thick aluminum panels are the next evolution in under body protection providing superior strength and flexibility while minimizing weight. Why do we use aluminum for our skid plates? Aluminum’s density is about 1/3 that of steel and the advantage of the increased material thickness to offset strength actually makes aluminum more dent resistant over steel skid plates of the same weight. Aluminum is extremely corrosion resistant and will not rust even if the surface coating becomes gouged or scratched. Aluminum is the true winner over steel in cost, strength and durability.Each panel is laser cut and press formed for a precision fit.

This is awesome. My friend put a steel bumper with it's own skid plate on his Jeep after wrecking his factory bumper when his wife hit a Javelina. Bumper was no good but the skid plate look perfect after pressure washing all the animal bits off. He sold it to me and it took about 30 minutes to install. All the Quadratec branded parts are great.

Arrived fast like everything I’ve ordered. Well packaged . This is being installed under the Quadratec QRC bumper. Let me just say this skid plate is solid. Easy install and looks incredible with the bumper. If your on the fence don’t be. Another quality product from Quadratec

Removed 2015 JK Rubicon Hard Rock bumper and sway bar skid plate. Skid plate attached to stock Rubicon bumper and couldn't be reattached to aftermarket bumper. Sway bar disconnect motor was left exposed and fog light wiring clips were showing. This skid plate covered all and reprotected my sway bar. Happy with outcome.

Will this fit with the Quadratec Modular front bumper?
No, it will not. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Some ‘answers’ state works with certain aftermarket bumpers. Some ‘answers’ state it ONLY works with stock bumper. I want to get this for the Rugged Ridge Arcus bumper; is this compatible please? Thank you kindly.
We don't have direct fit data, but based on the Arcus allow a clear access to the JK blocker beam where the sway bar skid brackets will mount, I would expect if there was a conflict present, it would likely be very minor space tolerance and if some of the edge of the aluminum on the skid was trimmed from it, fit could be attained. Sorry we do not have specific data we can use to confirm the fit. Thanks for your inquiry.
Does this work with the carnivore full length bumper?
This will fit with a very tight tolerance and it sits right next to your fog lights when mounted, but it will fit. Thanks for your inquiry.
