hey Rob here for Quadratec.com today we've got something pretty cool in the shop check it out I've got a brand new Rubicon 392 here and when I say brand new I mean brand spanking new right off the truck now this jeep actually belongs to our good friend Tony D'Antonio he's the owner of D'Antonio automotive here in West Chester Pennsylvania he happens to be our official quarter tech installer for all of our customers that are based here in the Philadelphia region of course he ordered his 392 quite a while back and has been waiting for this thing to show up now he gave his dealership some very specific instructions that the moment it arrived and it came off the truck he was coming down to pick it up he didn't want to send it through their pre-delivery inspections and cleanings and waste any time with it in the dealership so last night he got the call that it was finally arriving on the truck and he headed right over to the dealership and well did just that took delivery right off the truck as you can see this thing is well it's still pretty dirty from transport has all of the stickers on the windshield plastic on the visors seats and steering wheel it's even got you know little foam covers on things like our turn signal and our wiper stalks there so he dropped it off to us so that we could get a good first-hand look at what a 392 has as far as standard features and options and well when it comes to options I think Tony checked every single box on the order form for his 392. so I'm going to go ahead and get started by kind of unboxing unwrapping Tony's brand new 392. we're going to get it cleaned up a little bit for him get all the plastic off the seats and the interior of course we're going to go have a little bit of fun with it but before we do that I want to show you guys what's in the back of the wrangler as you can see one of the options that Tony picked for his 392 was the brand new dual door group and if you select that option well you can see that the factory is going to use every available inch of interior space to load it full of all of your new half door components as well as any other options maybe your whole weather floor liners so we've got boxes in here for the front doors the rear doors the uppers the mirrors all the components needed for your half doors from the factory if you're not already subscribed to our channel make sure you hit that button as well as the notification icon because in a future video I'm going to be showing you what goes into installing assembling and aligning your factory half doors on your jeep I do have to say I really like that Tony picks stingray for his 392 because I know another jeep that I think those stingray half doors might look pretty good on don't worry Tony I'll install the half doors on your wrangler not my gladiator so I'm going to go ahead and get started by getting all of these boxes unloaded and set aside for now and then we can get the jeep turned around so that we can get all the plastics off the interior get it cleaned up a little bit and then we can fire this thing up and check out some of the standard features on the 392. all right now that we've got all the plastics removed and the interior cleaned up on Tony's new 392 we can check out some of these standard and optional features equipped on this wrangler of course the 392 features the unique gold accents from the tow hooks to the outlines on the Rubicon 392 and jeep logo even the trail rated badge even Rubicon 392 gold stitching on the seats on the interior now Tony also selected some options for his jeep as I mentioned earlier I think he checked just about every box when he went down the order sheet we've got the steel bumper group up front the led lighting group as well as the paint matched Rubicon fender flares on here for wheels the Rubicon 392 comes with a true bead lock capable wheel now from the factory it's going to show up at your dealership with the tire mounted like a standard wheel with the bead lock ring simply installed for aesthetics however you can then go ahead and remount your wheel clamping it in place for a true off-road bead lock wheel of course we've got that unique hydro guide hood up here on the 392 that's going to help direct nice clean cold air to feed the 392 right through that hood scoop there all the while directing water away from the air inlet now that means that you still maintain all of your Rubicon capabilities with deep water forwarding capability and if you should take a wave over the bow of your 392 and it enters that ram air inlet on the hood that hydro guide system is going to direct the water away from the air inlet right up here at the front of the engine compartment of course if we work our way around it is a Rubicon so we've got Rubicon rock rails on here we've got the raised suspension the nice fox shocks on this system inside we've got leather interior in there and Tony's got the sky one touch power top a really awesome feature to have it's going to allow them to quickly open up the wrangler for an open air feel especially with those half doors be able to pop off the uppers take out that rear window in that sky one touch top and then with a simple push of a button open the top all the way up to really get that nice open air feel perfect for a cruise down to the beach or maybe out on the trail we'll have to wait and see as far as some other things on the inside of course as I mentioned Tony's got all the options so we've got cold weather group proximity entry dynamic cruise crash avoidance it's all there some of the 392 specific options well not options but features we've got those great paddle shifters on the steering wheel to give you a very sports car inspired feeling when you're behind the wheel of the 392 and but one of my favorite interior if you can call it that features is that active exhaust button on the dash that allows you to transform the exhaust on your 392 from a nice quiet team-sounding exhaust that's not gonna wake up the neighbors to the simple push of a button that's gonna open that thing up let it breathe and let everybody know that you've got a 392 under the hood of your wrangler Rubicon now this jeep is not going to stay this way for much longer Tony has big plans in store for this in fact he's coming to pick it up in just a few minutes so we've got to get this thing outside get it washed up to get it back to him and then he's going to bring it back to us once he does a few modifications we've got something much bigger I think a 38 inch tire in store for this some new wheels I think are going to go on here as well as some rock slide power steps we've got some interior add-ons to go some prp seat covers are in the future as well as many more add-ons and accessories so you'll definitely want to make sure that you are subscribed to our channel so you don't miss future videos with Tony's Rubicon 392. definitely looking forward to customizing this getting it back getting those half doors installed you'll definitely want to check that out and then I'm sure we're going to have plenty more with this Rubicon in store so as I mentioned if you haven't already make sure you guys hit that subscribe button don't forget to hit the notification button as well so be sure to catch all of our latest videos until next time I'm Rob I'll see you guys
